Key initiatives Q4 2025-2026

Obtaining a License

We are actively preparing all necessary documentation to obtain a license as a Digital Asset Service Provider. We are carefully reviewing every aspect of the licensing process to ensure full compliance with international standards for digital assets regulation. The chosen jurisdiction offers unique opportunities not only for issuing digital assets, but also for professional management, which will allow us to provide our clients with an expanded range of investment solutions with the highest level of legal protection

Conducting a Technical Audit

As part of our large-scale expansion into the blockchain ecosystem, we aim to significantly increase our presence. In addition to our current operation on the Ethereum Mainnet, we will integrate support for EVM-compatible chains (such as Base, Arbitrum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon) and other alternative architectures (including Solana, Avalanche, and TON). After completing the integration process, all smart contracts will undergo a comprehensive review by leading audit firms in the field of blockchain security. The results of these audits will be made publicly available to demonstrate our commitment to transparency and technical excellence

Formation of an Insurance Fund

To enhance client asset protection, we are establishing and funding our own SAFU (Secure Asset Fund for Users), a comprehensive insurance mechanism designed to mitigate unforeseen circumstances. We will allocate 10-30% of operating revenue to this fund on a recurring basis, building a reliable financial cushion that provides investors with an additional layer of protection

Independent Audit of Reserves

In parallel with smart contract audits, we are operating a program of regular reserve audits for all off-chain assets. We are engaging independent audit firms to conduct quarterly examinations of traditional instruments held with brokers and custodians, including equities, bonds, ETFs, commodity futures, and other assets. During each review, auditors are reconciling positions, confirming market values, and verifying beneficial ownership on behalf of our clients. We will publish a detailed, signed report after every audit to support complete transparency regarding the security and accuracy of reported client fund balances

Expanding the Range of Investment Strategies

We are launching a series of exclusive, actively managed funds spanning a diverse set of asset classes. From traditional instruments to digital-native solutions, each strategy is being overseen by seasoned professionals with proven track records. We are building a lineup that includes growth equity, value, commodities, real estate, and innovative cryptocurrency strategies

Customized Structured Products

Structured products are innovative financial instruments that combine traditional investments with derivative financial instruments. They offer the advantage of providing a predetermined return, while limiting potential losses through built-in protection mechanisms. On our platform, customers will have the opportunity to create their own customized structured products to meet their individual investment goals. They will be able to choose from a variety of underlying assets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, and commodity futures. Investors can also set the investment period, ranging from a few months to several years, based on their strategic goals. Additionally, they can determine the frequency of payments, choosing between monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or a lump sum at the end of the term. Furthermore, investors can set up a protective barrier to limit potential losses to a comfortable level

Access to Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments

We are planning to provide retail investors with an opportunity to participate in private equity and venture capital financing transactions at later stages of company development, including pre-IPO rounds. Historically, these investment opportunities have required minimum investments of $100,000 or more, making them inaccessible for most private investors. With our new platform, we aim to significantly lower the entry barrier, allowing anyone to become a part of the journey of promising technology companies as they prepare to enter public markets. Our team carefully screens companies with proven business models, solid financial performance, and significant growth potential. These products provide access to a historically profitable investment segment. Investors will be able to diversify their portfolios with assets that are not correlated with traditional financial markets, which can be especially beneficial during periods of market volatility
