Value has developed a progressive partner compensation model for affiliates who refer new clients investing in platform strategies. This structure incentivizes both client acquisition and long-term asset retention, with partner rewards calculated as a percentage of revenue generated by the referred client.

One client can have only one partner. This association cannot be changed under normal circumstances. Transferring a client between partners is only possible with the client's consent through support service.

A partner’s income is calculated separately for each strategy, based on the total deposits made by their clients into that strategy, according to the partner program’s conditions, at 00:00 UTC each day.

Reward Rate Adjustment Scenarios

  1. Investment Duration

    • Rates increase when clients remain invested for 6+ or 18+ months

    • Full withdrawals reset the reward timeline to Month 1 upon reinvestment

  2. Portfolio Activity

    • Additional deposits adjust rates per the reward table

    • Partial withdrawals similarly modify rates as outlined

  3. Asset Growth

    • Rate increases triggered by manager-driven portfolio growth

Example 1: Single Investment in One Strategy with Tiered Rates

The client invested $ 150 000. During the first 6 months, the partner's commission rate is 35% of the fees paid by the client. From the 7th month onwards, the commission rate increases to 40%

Example 2: Investment in One Strategy with Additional Deposit

The client invested $ 75 000. At the end of the third month, the client replenished the account with another $ 50 000. During the first 3 months, the partner's commission rate is 30% of the commissions paid by the client. From the 4th month, the commission rate increases to 35%. From the 7th month, the commission rate increases to 40%

Example 3. Two clients invest in two strategies and make additional deposits.

Client 1 invests $50,000 in Strategy 1. After two months, the partner brings Client 2 into Strategy 1, and they invest $1,000,000. By month 8, Client 1 decides to diversify their portfolio and invests $150,000 in Strategy 2.

In this case, the partner’s income is calculated separately for each strategy, based on the total deposits from their clients into each strategy. For Strategy 1, the partner receives 30% for the first two months, 40% from the third month, and 45% from the sixth to eighteenth month. For Strategy 2, the partner receives 35%, regardless of the fact that the first account was opened 8 months before. This is considered the client’s first investment in Strategy 2, and the calculation starts from month 1.
